Hugo Bueno and Rodrigo Gomes returned to Compton Park this week and are back training with Vitor Pereira’s group ahead of Saturday's pre-season friendly with Stoke City.
The pair featured for Spain and Portugal respectively at the Under-21 Euros over the summer, so were given a later return date than their teammates to allow sufficient rest.
But they’re both now back with the group, in Bueno’s case following a successful season-long loan at Feyenoord, and below is a selection of images as the Old Gold prepared for the next pre-season test at Stoke this weekend.
