Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa is up for the Premier League’s August Save of the Month award.
The save in question came at Goodison Park on 26th August, when Wolves earned their first victory of the season, thanks in large part to Sa’s clean sheet.
With the score level in the second half, Abdoulaye Doucoure’s header into the ground at the back post looked destined to bounce into the net, before Sa, backtracking towards his own goal, managed to turn the ball over the crossbar incredibly.

That save proved invaluable, as Sasa Kalajdzic bagged the winner late in the day from a Pedro Neto cross.
The Wolves man is up against fellow stoppers Guglielmo Vicario, Mark Flekken, Alphonse Areola, Alisson Becker and Jordan Pickford, whose save came in the same game.
By clicking here, Wolves supporters can give Sa their vote before the winner is announced at 2pm on Friday 15th September.
