Wolves defender Jonny is up for the Budweiser Goal of the Month for March award.
The Spaniard is up for the Premier League honour following his strike from 41 yards out against Leeds United last weekend.
With Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier caught off his line, Jonny returned on the volley with his right foot and watched his effort bounce into the roof of the net.
Jonny’s goal was the furthest distance a goal had been scored from in the Premier League in six years.
The Wolves man is one of eight players nomination for the award and voting is open until midday on Monday 27th March.
The winner will be announced at 2pm on Friday 31st March.
