The winner of the contest between Nuno Espirito Santo’s men and the Northern Irish outfit discovered their next opponents following Monday afternoon’s draw for the Europa League third qualifying round.
The first leg of the third-round matches are scheduled to take place away on Thursday 8th August, before the second legs on Thursday 15th August at either Molineux or Seaview.
Wolves and Crusaders were one of 26 ‘seeded’ teams in the third qualifying round draw which took place at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
Ahead of the draw, all 52 teams which will take part in the round were divided into four groups of ten teams and a group of 12 teams, with the ‘seeded’ teams to face one of the ‘unseeded’ sides.
Wolves and Crusaders were assigned a place in Group Three, where they were drawn out to play the winner of the second qualifying round two-legged tie between Pyunik and Jablonec.
The first leg of both second qualifying round matches are scheduled to take place this Thursday, followed by the second legs next Thursday 1st August, which is when either Wolves or Crusaders will discover which of the two teams they will be facing the following week.
Please remember, the dates of the fixtures, as well as possible fixture reversals regarding home and away teams for each leg, are still subject to change.
Any fixture changes will be announced on wolves.co.uk and across the club’s social media channels as soon as they are confirmed. With this in mind, supporters are urged to avoid making any travel or accommodation arrangements until that time.
