The midfielder has spent his whole professional career at Anderlecht but after performing at the World Cup during the summer, the 23-year-old went searching for a fresh challenge.
The youngster already has 190 professional appearances to his name and is now excited to develop his game under Nuno’s stewardship at Molineux.
“It’s an ambitious club which attracted me the most and I’m ready to give everything,” he said.
“I followed Wolves a little bit last year and saw they did really good. They took 99 points and won a lot of games with attractive football.
“I will do everything to adapt as fast as possible to help the team in every possible way.”
Dendoncker spent the summer with a plethora of Premier League stars out in Russia with Belgium and discussing England’s top flight whetted his appetite to challenge himself.
“The players I spoke to told me it’s the biggest league in the world. They told me to come here and that I’d become a better player.
“They say the Premier League is like playing in the Champions League every week and I’m very excited, I can’t wait for it to begin.
“I’d like to come and support the team. I can assure the fans that I will do everything to convince them to come and watch the games for the team.”
The midfielder played against England at the World Cup and hopes to carry the experience of a major international tournament into his first season away from Anderlecht and Belgium.
“It was a really nice experience. Every young footballer dreams of playing in a World Cup and I was a part as we went really far for a small country. I was proud of the country and our team
“I was the only player in the squad from a Belgium team and now I have a move to the Premier League so it’s a dream and I hope I can help the team as fast as possible.”
