Give Our Supporters Optimism

Wolves boss Kenny Jackett has called for a strong finish to the season to provide the supporters with optimism for the future.

And the Head Coach acknowledged that performances on the pitch are the best way to lift spirits amongst the Molineux faithful.

He said: "The crowd, quite rightly, react to what they see on the pitch. That is right, that is the right way round.

"It is our responsibility, it is my responsibility to put the performances on. And if we do the crowd will follow. It’s not the other way around.

"We want to finish our season strongly to give our supporters optimism for the future.

"We know performances and results will do that. They can really lift the team.

"Yes we want to be as strong as we possibly can and for our supporters to believe that good times are ahead.

"What I would say about our fans is that when they do see a positive performance, positives results, quality play, passion and commitment then they latch onto those qualities very quickly and they can be a massive plus in terms of driving forward and getting a winning run going."
