Virtual mascot packages on sale

Virtual mascot packages are now available for Wolves home matches, giving youngsters a chance to remain involved in a 2020/21 first-team matchday.

With football taking place behind closed doors, traditional mascot packages have been unavailable this season, but Wolves have moved to change that with the unveiling of the virtual mascot experience.

The package will provide a wealth of benefits to those lucky young supporters, including exclusive access to tunnel club before the game.

Mascot packages, priced at £95, are available on matches until the end of February at tickets.wolves.co.uk and include the following benefits:

  • A full 2020/21 Wolves kit of your choice.
  • A personalised letter from a Wolves first-team player and a mascot pennant signed by the same player.
  • Your photo and name featured alongside fellow mascots on the @Wolves Twitter and Instagram channels.
  • Your photo and name featured alongside fellow mascots in the physical and digital matchday programme.
  • Your photo and name featured alongside fellow mascots in the Wolves pre-match email.
  • Your photo and name featured alongside other mascots on the big screen pre-match at Molineux.
  • A 45-minute live mascot virtual Teams experience, where you’ll go behind the scenes inside the Molineux tunnel pre-match.

Ten mascot packages will be made available for every Wolves first-team match at Molineux.

Wolves membership and mascot manager Kerri Davies said: “It’s great that we have been able to put together the Virtual Mascot packages in such an innovative way.

“We are one of the first clubs to have been able to find a way in which our mascots can be close to the players and staff on matchday even though they will be at home.

“Once again Coca Cola Zero Sugar will be the club’s official mascot partner, which we’re delighted about, and as part of our agreement Coca Cola Zero Sugar have agreed to donate one virtual mascot package back to the club for each game.

“This will enable the club to invite one young fan to experience a virtual mascot package as our guest. Invites will be distributed via competitions and giveaways.”

On their continued partnership with Wolves, Luke Young of Coca Cola, said: “We are delighted that Wolves have agreed to partner with Coca Cola European Partners for the coming season, and beyond.

“We are looking forward to further developing the partnership and activating our brands within Molineux, once fans are able to return, engaging and exciting supporters as they enjoy our drinks while watching the action on the pitch.”

Packages are suitable for ages four to 13 and must be purchased in the child’s supporter number online at tickets.wolves.co.uk at the purchase page.
