Scott Golbourne in Old Gold Club hot seat

Flying full back Scott Golbourne will be in the hot seat as this week’s special guest on the Old Gold Club.

Joining Mikey Burrows and Chris Iwelumo as the fifth inductee into the club’s new podcast, the left back will discuss his two-and-a-half-year stint at Wolves.

Golbourne will feature in a half hour Facebook and YouTube video, before an extended podcast is released on iTunes and Spotify.

The 30-year-old, who joins Carl Ikeme, Tony Daley, Kenny Hibbitt and Terry Connor as inductees into the Wolverhampton Building Supplies-sponsored Old Gold Club, will relive his successful tenure at the club, including the League One promotion season.

After joining Wolves in the summer of 2013, Golbourne was an almost ever-present part of Kenny Jackett’s side which lifted the league trophy with a record 103 points.

Golbourne made a total of 92 appearances for Wolves, scoring two goals during his time at Molineux, before moving to his hometown club in Bristol City.

The latest Old Gold Club will be broadcast on Facebook and YouTube from 6pm this evening, while the full podcast will be available on all the regular channels afterwards.

The first four episodes of the podcast with Ikeme, Daley, Hibbitt and Connor are also available to listen back to by clicking here.
