Go behind the scenes at Compton Park last week as Wolves' performance chef Melissa Forde and her team created a Jamaica-themed menu to celebrate Black History Month.
To celebrate her own heritage and raise awareness for Black History Month, Forde brought a taste of the Caribbean to the Compton canteen.
Forde also invited Junior Hemans and Alex Simmonds from Wolves' Golden Black supporter’s club to experience what goes on at a Premier League performance kitchen, rub shoulders with Vitor Pereira and his first-team players and enjoy a couple of the chef's beloved Jamaican dishes.
You can hear all about the day at Compton on a special Black History Month episode of the Wolves Express podcast, which features interviews with Forde and Hemans, while a behind the scenes video of the day will be dropping on Wolves' social channels next week.
