Wolves extend Visit Lauderdale partnership

Wolves have extended their affiliation with Visit Lauderdale, who will continue as the club’s official destination partner for the 2025/26 season.

The partnership will continue to build on a successful first season, where Wolves experienced first-hand the vibrancy and hospitality of Greater Fort Lauderdale during their summer tour of the United States.

Visit Lauderdale, the tourism board for Greater Fort Lauderdale, will continue to work with the club to showcase the destination’s world-famous beaches, cultural attractions, and dynamic nightlife.

Wolves fans can look forward to a range of engaging content, activations, and opportunities to discover why Greater Fort Lauderdale is regarded as one of the most exciting year-round destinations in the USA.

Alongside placing a spotlight on Greater Fort Lauderdale as a fantastic destination, the partnership will continue to support the Club in its work to strengthen our international presence in the States. In particular, the relationship will continue to connect our existing supporters with unique experiences, whilst also allowing Wolves to reach new audiences around the globe.

Dave Thomson, head of partnerships at Wolves, said: “Having been lucky enough to experience the Greater Fort Lauderdale region during our pre-season tour last summer, I’m thrilled that we’ve been able to extend this partnership into a second season.

“The support Visit Lauderdale provided to the club both on the ground in Lauderdale, and back home in Wolverhampton last season was invaluable to both our football and commercial departments and we’re extremely grateful for their continued support.

“With South Florida set to host seven FIFA World Cup matches in the summer of 2026, the Greater Fort Lauderdale region could not be a better destination for fans looking to head out to the tournament, and we look forward to continuing to promote all that the region has to offer throughout the 2025/26 season.”

Stacy Ritter, president & CEO of Visit Lauderdale, said: “We’re proud to continue this collaboration and look forward to welcoming even more Wolves supporters to experience the energy, culture, and beauty of our destination.”
