The latest episode of Wolves Express is out now, as Fer Lopez gives his take on where the squad are at heading into the international break.
The Spanish youngster produced an assured performance when he came off the bench in the second half of Saturday's defeat to Everton, with Lopez being one of the stand out players in gold and black as he tried to turn the game on its head.
Although he was unable to help his side to victory, which Lopez admitted was gutting to him and his teammates, he understands that a team which has been rebuilt during the summer shouldn't be judged on just the first three Premier League games.
Lopez also gives his take on his conversation with Jack Grealish after the full-time whistle, and how he believes the international break will give the players a chance to reset and come back to Molineux stronger.
Speaking about Lopez on the upcoming episode of Official Wolves Podcast: Wolves Unpacked - which is out on all podcast platforms every other Thursday - Old Gold legend Dave Edwards shares his thoughts on why the forward could be the one to watch for Wolves in the Premier League this season.
Edwards - and co-host James Bird - gives his opinion on what Lopez was able to bring to the pitch when he arrived with 25 minutes to go in Saturday's game and why he could be the person to inspire the Wolves attack with his creativity.
Wolves Women continued their impressive start to the campaign with a 3-2 away victory over Rugby Borough on Sunday, meaning they remain tied at the top of the FAWNL Northern Premier Division with Burnley, and midfielder Beth Merrick explained why she felt the scoreline flattered her opponents and what improvements the team can still make, despite their unbeaten opening to 2025/26.
Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the Official Wolves Podcast and Matchday Live Extra.
