New pitchside tour offering launched for summer

As Molineux undergoes minor refurbishments across the summer months, Wolves stadium tours will be paused until August.

Areas including the Molineux tunnel and dressing rooms will be unavailable to supporters, therefore a brand-new offering ‘Touchline Access – The Pitchside Experience’ will be launched.

This new tour will be available from Saturday 21st June, running at 11am and 2pm each day. The 45-minute guided tour will take in a pitchside walk around Molineux, giving visitors an overview of the stadium from areas they are unlikely to have seen been before.

Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £10 for under-14s and also include entry to the ever-evolving Wolves Museum.

Tickets for the new experience are available by clicking here.

Additionally, the Wolves Museum will temporarily close between Monday 16th and Friday 20th June for refurbishing work. From Saturday 21st June the facility will remain open seven days a week between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

Saturday 28th June will also present a pair of special events for supporters to attend at the Wolves Museum.

Earlier in the day the museum will host ‘History of Football and War’ talks through guest speakers. The event will be in conjunction with the West Front Association, The Football and War Network, The University of Wolverhampton and The Army FA, and is FREE to attend.

Two sessions will take place, between 12.45pm and 2.15pm, then between 2.45pm and 4.45pm.

Later that day, at 7pm, promotion-winning captain Karl Henry returns for the latest ‘In Conversation With’ event. The former midfielder will recall his time with the club, particularly those years wearing the armband.

Tickets are priced at £20 each and will give supporters the opportunity to hear Henry’s stories, before enjoying a meet and greet and signing opportunities.
