Season ticket renewal process complete

Last month the club announced a freeze on season ticket prices across all stands and age categories [full story here] and existing season ticket holders had until midnight on Sunday 1st June to renew ahead of the Old Gold’s eighth successive top flight campaign.

Seat relocations

The next stage will see those who renewed have the opportunity to relocate their seat between 9am on Thursday 12th June and 5pm on Tuesday 17th June. This process can only be completed by calling the ticket office on 0371 222 1877.

To assist supporters in gauging suitable availability for relocations, an illustrative real-time seat plan can be accessed here from 9am on Wednesday 11^th June. Please note, supporters must be logged in using an account with a renewed season ticket in order to access this seat plan.

Supporters are advised that due to the high renewal rate, availability in the Sir Jack Hayward and Stan Cullis Stands is very limited, as well as in central areas of the Steve Bull and Billy Wright Stands.

It’s advised that supporters wishing to relocate check the live plan for availability that meets their requirements before calling to avoid disappointment. Supporters are also asked to be patient when trying to contact the ticket office by telephone.

New season ticket sales

Any unrenewed season tickets will be made available to supporters who are registered on the season ticket waiting list, based on their waiting list position.

Exclusive invites to purchase will be sent via email from Monday 16th June onwards, with sales commencing on Wednesday 18th June. Supporters have been advised of their position on the waiting list via email in the past 48 hours.

Any supporters who have purchased a membership for the 2025/26 season and subsequently purchased a season ticket will be able to obtain a refund on their membership fee.

Information on renewals will be sent to existing away season ticket holders via email in the coming weeks.
