Matt Jarvis, Mathieu Baudry and Ellie Wilson join Mikey Burrows in the latest episode of Wolves Weekly as the recent results involving the Old Gold's men's and women's first-teams are discussed.
On this week's episode, former Wolves winger Jarvis look back at the men's first-team's start to the season, in particular Saturday's defeat at Molineux against Brighton & Hove Albion and how the result would have left the players feeling deflated after an impressive opening game at Old Trafford.
He also looks ahead to this weekend's meeting with Everton, which poses an important test for Gary O'Neil and his players as both teams are looking at getting their first points on the board.
Jarvis, who played with O'Neil at both West Ham United and Norwich City, and former AFC Bournemouth and Swindon Town defender Baudry, who worked with O'Neil at the Cherries last season as a translator, also give insight into the workings of the head coach, while the Frenchman tells the podcast why his old boss is among the most intense he's ever worked for.
In addition to that, Wolves Women defender Wilson talks about her debut goal in gold and black to help the first-team to victory in their opening day win against Derby County on Sunday, as well as her first impressions of signing for the club, before previewing this weekend's FAWNL Cup fixture against Doncaster Rovers at Compton Park.
Wolves Weekly is available to listen to on all podcast providers. There is also a host of official and exclusive gold and black content to be found on Wolves Radio, including Matchday Live Extra and Wolves Express.
