Wolves Express | Doherty considering refereeing and Silva chats to supporters

The latest episode of Wolves' official bitesize podcast, Wolves Express, is now available and features updates from men's first-team members Matt Doherty and Fabio Silva.

Wednesday's episode features a chat with full-back Doherty, who discusses his return to Wolves in the summer, how fortune has played a part in his career and why he's considering a turn to refereeing when he retires as a player.

With attention beginning to turn to Saturday's Premier League fixture with Sheffield United, former Old Gold keeper Matt Murray explains why he thinks Wolves are hitting the heights under Gary O'Neil and how expectation levels are now rising following recent results.

His ex-Wolves teammate Richard Stearman has also praised the work of the head coach as well as sporting director Matt Hobbs, after the team were predicted to be in a relegation battle before a ball was kicked.

We also hear from Silva, who has been speaking to Wolves fans from across the world as part of the latest virtual meet and greet, as they asked the striker several questions, ranging from what music he listens to before a match to which of his teammates are his favourite.

Finally, supporters can now vote for Wolves' October Player of Month with 17 players who featured throughout the team's unbeaten recent run up for nomination.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of Wolves Weekly and Matchday Live Extra.
