Wolves extend Cadbury partnership

Wolves have extended their partnership with Mondelez International, owner of Cadbury, who will continue as the club’s official snacking partner for the 2022/23 season.

Cadbury, whose home is also in the West Midlands, first partnered with Wolves during the 2020/21 season, with their main focus being on the Wolves Foundation.

As the partnership grows during the 2022/23 season, Cadbury will continue to focus on helping the local community and providing opportunities and experiences to our fans and neighbours.

As part of Cadbury’s efforts to support the local community, they have kindly gifted prizes to the club’s 12 days of Christmas campaign, contributed to the raffle for the Wolves disability team and donated a tour of Molineux to a local school.

Further campaigns have included donating hot chocolate and Dairy Milk bars to the Molineux Sleepout, providing Wolves Elders with a special hospitality experience in the build up to Christmas and created a fan zone activation to benefit local businesses and independent retailers after the pandemic. Last season also saw the creation of a special edition Wolves branded Cadbury bar which sold out shortly after its release.

Working with the local community will remain at the centre of the partnership, as Cadbury look to continue their support for the Foundation, while using the Cadbury FC initiative to offer Wolves’ fans the chance to win unique prizes and experiences.

By signing up and opting into emails from Cadbury FC, supporters will automatically be entered into regular prize draws to win Wolves’ match tickets, merchandise and experiences.

Last season, eight lucky winners scored home shirts signed by Bruno Lage’s first-team, so sign up at cadburyfc.co.uk to be in with a chance to win.

Commenting on the partnership, Tom Warren, senior manager at Wolves Foundation, said: “The support that Wolves Foundation’s projects received from Cadbury last season was fantastic and well received by all the beneficiaries.

“It is exciting that this partnership will continue to benefit local people and we look forward to continuing to work with Cadbury during the 2022/23 season.”

Nick Rogers, Cadbury marketing and sponsorship lead, Northern Europe, added: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with our neighbours and look forward to working closely with the club to support its great work in the community - continuing with the donation of our sponsorship assets to the local community initiatives.

“To date we are so proud of our work with the Wolves Elders, Wolves Foundation and supporting local businesses.”
