Meet F1 star before Monday's game

Wolves supporters have the opportunity to meet F1 driver George Russell before the Premier League’s first Molineux fixture of the season on Monday night.

Last season’s Formula 2 champion will be greeting supporters near the speed cage outside the subway at 7pm, before Wolves take on Manchester United an hour later.

He’ll then take to the Signal 107 Stage, also at located outside the subway, where the pre-match atmosphere will be built from 6pm.

Woflie’s Den will be closed on Monday, but supporters can test their football skills at the speed cage, with prizes given away for the fastest goals and first fans to score the lucky number.

Inside the stadium, to mark the return of Premier League football to Molineux, a crowd surfing banner will cross the Sir Jack Hayward Stand and affected supporters will receive an email with more detail.

Don’t forget to take to your seat in good time, with pre-match interviews from the two managers and a player from each camp to be played on the big screen at 7.30pm.

Finally, at half-time, Russell will be inside Molineux answering questions at half-time to the on-pitch presenting team.
