Wolves 1 (Ji 39) FC Seoul 1 (Son 15)
Minkyu Ji scored a second half equaliser as Wolves under-17s claimed their first point of the International Youth Cup following a 1-1 draw with FC Seoul.
Ji scored four minutes after the interval to level for the Old Gold after Jeongbeom Son had given the South Korean side the lead on 15 minutes.
Wolves started brightly and were presented with a golden opportunity to open the scoring inside three minutes, as Conor McLeod latched onto a loose back pass, rounded the goalkeeper, before firing over the top of the bar.
At the other end, George Hardy was forced into a save, before McLeod came close once again, but this time shot into the side netting.
McLeod was in the thick of the action and for the third time, was able to strike at goal. Following a tricky run on the outside of the opponent, the attacker struck a shot off the near post, before Luke Rawlings saw his rebound well-saved by Minhyeop Jo.
Seoul then broke the deadlock when Son was able to find space inside the area, before he cleverly curled into the far corner, with his effort nestling into the back of the net.
Hardy did well to prevent a second goal before the half-time break, with the goalkeeper alert to tip over an effort from Pilgwan Ko.

Richard Walker made a triple change at the break in an attempt to find a way back into the game, with Fabian Salmon, Alfie White and Tom Edozie all coming onto the pitch.
On 39 minutes, Wolves were able to level and it was the South Korean in Old Gold who got his name on the scoresheet. Ji had the ball at his feet inside the penalty area and shot low at goal, with his effort going under the body of Ko to get Wolves back in the game.
Edozie’s quality on the ball made a difference and he almost scored a sensational solo goal before being stopped at the last, shortly before Hardy pushed away a deflected effort that was heading into the far corner at the other end.
A poor clearance then allowed Edozie to strike low, but into the gloves of Ko and Salmon then had a similar attempt saved moments later.
Both sides pushed forward in the latter stages, but were unable to find a winning goal, as Wolves picked up their first Group B point.
