Jacqui Oatley MBE

WOLVES FOUNDATION AMBASSADOR

Born in New Cross Hospital and spending her childhood in Codsall, Jacqui Oatley MBE is fiercely proud both of her support of Wolves and her Wolverhampton roots.

A leading figure in the world of the media and broadcasting, Jacqui boasts an extensive CV in reporting and presenting, including covering football for BBC Five Live and BBC Final Score, and hosting Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup coverage for ITV Sport.

The first ever female to commentate on a game for Match of the Day back in 2007, Jacqui was also the UK’s first female darts presenter, covering major tournaments for ITV.

She is an Ambassador for Women in Football, championing the role of women across the game, and was awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours in 2016 for services to broadcasting and diversity in sport.

Jacqui became a Foundation ambassador in July 2020.
