Crack the code - Terms & Conditions

1.             The prize draw is (subject to paragraph 2 below) open to any entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited ("Wolves"), Royal Caribbean, each of their families or agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.             The prize draw is open to participants worldwide.  

3.             The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

4.             To enter the prize draw, participants must take a video tour of Symphony of the Seas, collect the clues and enter the correct code on wolves.co.uk/crack-the-code. Participants will be asked to enter their name, email address, DOB, mobile number and country to enter.

5.             The opening date/time for entries is 12:00pm on 09 January 2023 (UK time). The closing date/time of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 12 February 2023 (UK time). Entries received after this time will not be considered, but personal data supplied by the participant may still be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions and Wolves’ privacy policy.

6.             3 (three) winners will be chosen by Wolves by random draw on 13 February 2023.

1st Prize: 1 (one) winner will receive a training ground tour at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground, Compton, Wolverhampton for 5 (five) guests on a date to be confirmed by Wolves. Must be redeemed before 31st May 2023. Travel and accommodation are not included.

2nd Prize: 2 (two) general admission tickets to a Wolves’ men’s first team’s Premier League home match of the winners choosing in the 22/23 season. Tickets will be located in the Home Fans area. Must be redeemed before 31st May 2023. Travel and accommodation are not included.

3rd Prize: 1 (one) Royal Caribbean Training Shirt signed by 11 men’s first-team players. An address will need to be provided to facilitate postage.

7.             The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry). If the winner does not respond to Wolves within 48 hours of being notified that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Wolves will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8.             The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

9.             Wolves reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Wolves’ control makes it necessary to do so.

10.          By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the personal data provided as part of your entry (which will include, without limitation, your name (first name and surname) and email address being used by Wolves to facilitate the prize draw and to distribute the prize. If you do not consent to your personal data being processed in this way, you should not enter.

11.          The decision of Wolves regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12.          Wolves must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Wolves will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails parterships@wolves.co.uk or writes to Partnerships, Waterloo Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4QR within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 5. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Wolves at partnerships@wolves.co.uk. In such circumstances, Wolves must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13.          Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Wolves reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14.          Wolves reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

15.          Insofar as is permitted by law, Wolves will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Wolves or that of its employees. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.

16.          Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these prize draw terms and conditions and in Wolves’ Privacy Policy. See also paragraph 12 with regards to the announcement of winners.

17.          The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

18.          This prize draw is organised and administered by Wolves, in association with Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean are Wolves’ Official Training Partner for the 22/23 football season.

19.         This prize draw/contest is not sponsored or in any way endorsed by Apple.
