The highly-rated Academy graduate has been at Wolves for the past 12 years, having joined the club at just eight-years-old, progressing through the youth ranks, and winning the 2018 Wolves Academy Player of the Year award on his way to the first-team.
For the past 18 months, the Telford-born wing-back has been experiencing life in the EFL with loan spells at Shrewsbury Town and Coventry City in League One, before rejoining the Sky Blues following their promotion to the Championship in the summer.

“To be playing regularly in the Championship, he has shown his quality and determination to prove to all. We are delighted to reward his hard work.”
Giles was thrilled to commit to his new four-and-a-half year contract, and now has his sights set on a long-term future in gold and black.
“I’m delighted to sign a new deal with Wolves because it’s such a big club,” he said. “For the club to show their commitment towards me is a massive boost.
“I’ve come right the way through the Academy and it’s a massive honour to sign and commit to the club. All I’ve ever wanted to do from a young boy is to play for the first-team at Wolves.
“I thank Wolves and all the staff for the opportunities they have given me, but now, I want to kick on and hope the future brings good things going forward.”
Giles has made 15 Championship appearances in sky blue so far this season, impressing in several positions on the left side for Mark Robins’ second-tier outfit.
But the 20-year-old is hoping his experience of regularly testing himself up against some of the best players in one of the most competitive leagues in world football will prove his worth to Nuno Espirito Santo, so he can challenge for a place in the Wolves first-team in the coming years.
“I’ve played against the likes of Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich, all teams who were in the Premier League last season,” Giles added. “I’ve had some really good tests against Premier League players, so it’s been a really good season for me.
“I’ve contributed a lot to the team, I’ve grown in confidence each week and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time there so far. I’ve settled in really well, the staff and players have been great with me and I thank the gaffer, Mark Robins, for the opportunities he’s given me.
“But my goal is quite simple really – to play for Wolves in the Premier League. As a player who has come through the ranks here, it would mean everything for me to play for my boyhood club at the highest level.
“It’s what I’ve always aimed to do. But at this current time, I’m delighted to sign the new deal, I thank Wolves for committing to me, and hopefully I can repay that faith.
“Now I’ve got to keep working hard while on loan, perform as well as I can for Coventry, impress Wolves as much as I can, and hopefully I can come back and fight for my place.”
