Alfred N’Diaye’s injury time winner steered three points Wolves’ way on Saturday, after Barnsley had levelled things up themselves in added time. The victory, which kept Wolves two points ahead of the Blades after their derby victory, kept up their recent good run of results, which saw them take 10 points from the last 12 available. Nuno Espirito Santo’s men are also unbeaten on the road this season and now travel to Bramall Lane for the first time since 2014, looking to continue that record.
The Opposition
Promoted from League One at a canter last season, Sheffield United have made a flying start to life back in League One, which was capped on Sunday. The Blades won the first Steel City Derby in eight years 4-2 at Hillsborough, despite Sheffield Wednesday pegging them back from two goals up. That win left United in the Play-Off pack after six wins from their nine opening games. On home soil they’ve beaten Brentford, Barnsley and Derby County so far this season.
