The latest episode of Wolves Weekly sees Mikey Burrows joined by Stephen Ward and Claire Hakeman to discuss various old gold topics, including last weekend’s win over Chelsea.
The trio go into great detail about the 1-0 win at Molineux, which came courtesy of Matheus Nunes’ fine strike. They discuss Joao Gomes’ performance, which was full of energy in the midfield, and Toti’s second successive impressive showing at left-back.
Maximillian Kilman, who wore the armband on his 100th appearance, is also assessed by the panel, who debate if they could personally match Nunes’ goal themselves.
Elsewhere, with Wolves Academy youngsters heading abroad for fresh competitions, Hakeman shares her experiences of visiting Porto with the under-11/12s group, as well as Wolves Women’s season run-in, with the hunt for promotion still on.
Naturally, the panel then turn their attention to Brentford on Saturday, previewing another important fixture, as Wolves look for another clean sheet and victory.
