A year ago Nuno Espirito Santo’s side were within touching distance of beating Arsenal on their own patch, before Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s late equaliser, and on Saturday Wolves return. Knowing they won’t waver from their usual approach, Coady is looking forward to the challenge, and is keen to control the game themselves.

“You get it at a lot of Premier League clubs, you know that if you go there and manage the game right, control the game the way you want to control it, that teams will get frustrated and the supporters as well.
“They want entertainment. They want to see their team push on, move forward, score goals, entertain and have the ball, so it’s up to us to try and control the atmosphere.”

“It’s a great place to play football, but it’s such a tough place as well, we had a chance of winning there last year and we were gutted when we didn’t because we played ever so well that game.
“We ended up conceding from a cross, so we know how tough it is to go there.”

“We understand, it’s the same at every Premier League club, fans want to see their team have the ball and score goals, so it’s up to us to control that, we know what we need to do, we know how we play and we won’t change.”
Meanwhile, Matt Doherty wants Wolves to take advantage of Arsenal’s attacking approach and continue their positive Premier League form at the Emirates Stadium.

“When we play the big teams, they play their own game, but when we play against teams that are maybe not as good as they, they play to try and stop us, which is the big difference.
“When they’re sat on the edge of the box, we’ve got to try and break them down, whereas when we’re the ones sat on the edge of our box, we’re quite good on the counter attack, so, in my opinion, it goes down to us being a good counter attacking team and we have very good players.”
