Midfielder shortlisted for Player of the Month
Dave Edwards is among the nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for December.
The midfielder notched four goals in the six games in December, as Wolves took ten points during the month.
Edwards has been nominated alongside strikers Dwight Gayle from Newcastle and Barnsley’s Sam Winnall, both of whom scored six goals during the month.
Completing the short-list is Brighton goalkeeper David Stockdale, the last line of defence as the Seagulls won four and drew one of their five December fixtures.
The winner will be announced tomorrow.
