The latest episode of Wolves Express, the club's official bitesize podcast, is now available to listen to, featuring the breaking news of Nathan Fraser's promotion to Gary O'Neil's first-team squad.
Wednesday's episode kicks off an exclusive chat to sporting director Matt Hobbs who explains the decision to promote the academy striker to the senior group, and how it's reward for all the hard work which has been put in by Fraser as he has progressed through the Old Gold set-up.
Hobbs also hopes Fraser's promotion, as well as what has happened previously with Hugo Bueno, Joe Hodge and Maximilian Kilman, will act as an example to the younger players at the academy that the pathway is open for them if they show the right attitude on and off the pitch.
Listeners can also hear from midfielder Tommy Doyle, who has been speaking to Mikey Burrows in the latest episode of the Wolves Weekly podcast, as he talks about life before Wolves as well as his first few weeks as a member of the Old Gold.
The episode concludes with a look at Wolves' work at Compton Park surrounding the One Pack, One Planet initiative, and Gemma Frith has been speaking to head of grounds Wayne Lumbard about what the club has been doing to improve biodiversity and encourage wildlife back to the training ground.
Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of Wolves Weekly and Matchday Live Extra.
