First Wolves Lottery winner confirmed

The first ever Wolves Lottery draw has seen local Wolves supporter William Percival scoop the £1,000 Jackpot just in time for Christmas, with another £875 being given out to 32 lucky others.

The Wolves Lottery was launched this December, replacing the Goalden Gate Superdraw, and endeavours to help the people of the Black Country through supporting local charities, grassroots sport and the Wolves Academy.

In the first ever draw, William, who lives in the Black Country and has his entry money collected from his home by Wolves staff member Robin Davies, was the big winner. He’s played the club’s lottery services for around 12 years this isn’t the first time he's scooped the top prize - he won £1,300 in the club's Goalden Gate Superdraw previously.

Along with cash giveaways, Wolves Lottery will also be giving away special prizes throughout December and January, including a signed 2020/21 Wolves home shirt and ball, a retail hamper of goodies, a personalised message from the first-team and a voucher for Sir Jack’s Restaurant.
