Due to promotional restrictions in China, Wolves are unable to display ManBetX on their home and away shirts during games, so will promote Fosun’s brand against Newcastle United and either Manchester City or West Ham United.
Wolves are thankful to ManBetX for their understanding and, despite the restrictions, remain in regular interaction with the sponsors during the club’s visit to Shanghai.
The sponsors played a key role in the reveal of Wolves’ new away kit, which featured the gaming company’s logo, and will continue to work in partnership throughout the club’s time in Asia.
Wolves chairman Jeff Shi said: “We are grateful to ManBetX for their understanding and we are proud that Fosun International will be displayed on the front of the Wolves shirt for the two games in Asia.
“This trip is very historic for the club, the first time Wolves have been to China, and Fosun will now have a place in history by featuring on the Premier League Asia Trophy shirts.”
