Formed in 1978 following the merger of Quarry Bank and Kingswinford Scouts, Kewford are located within the Dudley area and strive to provide local people with a healthy sporting outlet through football.
The club runs teams from under-6s all the way through to senior football for boys and men, as well as age groups for girls from under-8s to under-16s.
With this partnership, both Wolves and Kewford will benefit from coaching staff collaboration, continuing professional development and regular fixtures against one another.
Head of local recruitment - operations, Jack Maydew, is delighted to add Kewford to the pool of clubs and said: “Kewford Eagles were a key grassroots club we wanted to partner with as soon as there was an opportunity to. There has been a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make this happen in recent months.
“Having known Kewford for a long period of time, I feel they have progressed really well within both the boys’ and girls’ section. All members of the Kewford committee have been brilliant in the process and we are excited to work with them for many years to come.”
