Partner Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The Visit Lauderdale App Takeover Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”) is (subject to paragraph 3 below) open to any entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited ("Wolves"), Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau t/a Visit Lauderdale t/a Visit Lauderdale (“Visit Lauderdale”) or any of its affiliates, each of their families or agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW.
- This competition is organised by Wolves, in association with Visit Lauderdale. The prize draw is administered by Wolves on behalf of Visit Lauderdale, and is accessible via the official Wolves App available on IOS and Android devices (the “Platform”).
- The Prize Draw is open to participants living in the UK only.
- The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter the Prize Draw, participants must: (a) download (or have already downloaded) the Wolves App; (b) access the landing page for the Prize Draw on the Platform; and (c) submit a completed online entry form on the Platform, which will require participants to provide a valid email address. Each Participant who satisfies all the conditions set out in (a)-(c) above will be an ”Eligible Participant”.
- The Prize Draw will run from Monday 26 January 2026 to Friday 30 January 2026 (inclusive), with a new prize released each day during this period at 6:30pm (UK time) (each a “Prize Drop”) exclusively via the Wolves App. Each Prize Drop will remain open for ten (10) minutes (i.e. until 6:40pm (UK time)) and participants will be required to have completed all actions set out in paragraph 5 above before 6:40pm (UK time) each time they wish to enter a Prize Drop. Entries received after this time will not be considered, but personal data supplied by the participant may still be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions and Visit Lauderdale privacy policy.
- Participants will need to remain in the ‘lobby’ until the draw for the applicable Prize Drop takes place, which will be shortly after 6:40pm (UK time) on each day during the Prize Draw. Winners of each Prize Drop will be selected at random from the Eligible Participants and informed while in the ‘lobby.
- If the winner is not in the ‘lobby’ or does not respond to Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited ("Wolves") notification to them that they are a winner, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Wolves will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The winners will receive the corresponding prize to each Prize Drop. Travel and accommodation are not included. The Prize Drops will consist of the following prizes (each a “Prize”):

Digital Player Meet and Greet - The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and unless otherwise stated, no cash alternative is offered and travel and accommodation are not included.
- By entering this Prize Draw you consent to your personal data (which will include, without limitation, your name (first name and surname) and email address) being processed by Wolves and Visit Lauderdale to facilitate the Prize Draw and to distribute the Prizes. Any personal data supplied in relation to this Prize Draw will be processed by Wolves as set out in these terms and conditions and in Wolves’ Privacy Policy [https://www.wolves.co.uk/club/policies/privacy-policy/] and in accordance with Visit Lauderdale’s Privacy Policy [https://www.wolves.co.uk/club/policies/privacy-policy/]. If you do not consent to your personal data being processed in this way, you should not enter the Prize Draw.
- Wolves must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Wolves will send the surname and county of each Prize winner, as well as details of the Prize Draw, to anyone who emails partnerships@wolves.co.uk or writes to FAO: Partnerships, Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4QR within 30 days after the closing date for each applicable Prize Drop . If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Wolves. In such circumstances, Wolves must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Wolves and Visit Lauderdale reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Wolves reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Wolves and Visit Lauderdale will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any participant in the Prize Draw or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of Wolves or Visit Lauderdale respectively or that of its employees. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.
- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
