Jasmine Matthews
Jasmine Matthews marked Wolves' first addition of the summer as preparations began for their debut season in professional football.
The Cornwall-born defender joins on a two-year deal from July 1st following her departure from Burnley earlier this month, bolstering Dan McNamara's defensive options ahead of the new campaign and bringing with her a reputation for consistency, leadership and defensive reliability at the highest level of the women's game.
Matthews began her career with Bristol City and has gone on to make over 150 appearances in the Women's Super League. She has also featured in the UEFA Women's Champions League with both the Robins and Liverpool, where she enjoyed two spells and helped them win promotion from the Championship in 2022.
A former England youth international, Matthews represented her country at under-17, under-19 and under-23 level.
