Wolves Women claimed their second piece of silverware this season as they lifted the Birmingham County Cup at Walsall's Banks's Stadium after overcoming West Bromwich Albion in the final.

Having already secured the FAWNL Northern Premier Division title, the women's first-team made it a league and cup double on Wednesday evening by putting four past West Brom to win the County Cup.

Goals from Amber Hughes, Maz Gauntlett, Anna Morphet and Tammi George secured a 4-1 victory and saw captain Anna Price lift the trophy.

Wolves can still make it three titles this season, as they face Southern Premier champions Southampton in a single-game play-off next Saturday afternoon for the chance to earn promotion to the Women's Championship.
