While admitting he’d have liked more from Wolves against Nottingham Forest, Maximilian Kilman says the point keeps them ticking over at Molineux.
The Old Gold are now unbeaten in six on home soil, after Matheus Cunha cancelled out Harry Toffolo’s opener before the break against Forest. Kilman says Wolves must continue to build on the result, but cut out sloppy mistakes if they’re to truly kick on and get back to keeping clean sheets regularly.
On the performance
“I think we were a bit sloppy, but we come away with a point and we’ve not lost at home again. We need to keep building from this and hopefully we can push on for the next game.
“It was a tough game. The Premier League is such a tough league. Obviously, we wanted to do better, but still not losing is important. We need to build from here and go again.”

On handling Forest
“They’ve got a very big team with lots of good players, so we knew they were going to make a lot of changes and we needed to be ready for that. It was a tough game, but we come away with a point, so not the worst result.”
On the search for clean sheets
“We want to keep clean sheets. We’re scoring more goals this season, but we need to start defending a bit better and keep more clean sheets, but overall we’re doing alright.”
