Bonatini makes Wolves exit

Brazilian striker Leo Bonatini has left Wolves on a permanent basis by mutual consent.

Back in 2017/18, the striker played a starring role in the club’s promotion to the Premier League, scoring 12 goals in 47 appearances under Nuno Espirito Santo.

In the top tier in September 2018, Bonatini assisted Adama Traore for the club’s first winner back, before making his final Wolves appearance two months later against Tottenham Hotspur.

Since then, the striker has spent four separate loans away from Molineux at Nottingham Forest, Guimaraes and Grasshoppers on two occasions.

Now, the 28-year-old departs on a permanent basis and all at Wolves wish him well.
