Squad confirmed for Spain pre-season training camp

Wolves have confirmed the squad for their pre-season training camp in Spain, with the players and coaching staff heading out this afternoon.

Bruno Lage has named a 30-strong squad for the two-week camp, which will also see Wolves face a number of friendly matches in Alicante – some of those behind closed doors – as part of their preparations for the 2022/23 Premier League campaign.

The likes of new signing Nathan Collins, captain Conor Coady, Ruben Neves, Pedro Neto and Raul Jimenez will be complimented by a selection of talented youngsters from Wolves Academy.

Full-backs Hugo Bueno and Dexter Lembikisa, as well as midfielders Joe Hodge and Harvey Griffiths are among the eight under-21 players who Lage has included in his travelling group.

While in Spain, Wolves will face Deportivo Alaves and Besiktas, which will both take place at Camilo Cano Stadium – home of Lu Nucia. Lage’s side will also face Segunda Division side Levante behind closed doors.

All three matches will be available to watch on Wolves TV. Click here for more information and to view the bundle package.
