Bodvarsson Becomes A Royal

Striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson has made a permanent move to Reading for an undisclosed fee, putting pen to paper on a three year contract.

The Icelandic international frontman joined Wolves from Kaiserslautern last summer, hot on the heels of appearing – and scoring – for Iceland in the European Championships.

All in all for Wolves he made 48 appearances, 24 of which were from the substitutes bench, and scored three goals, including one on his debut at Rotherham and then in the derby win against Birmingham at St Andrew’s.

Wolves would like to thank Jon for all of his efforts whilst with the club and wish him all the very best for the future.
