Saturday's game resulted in a 2-0 victory for Zenga's men following a fantastic performance at St James' Park.
When asked if any preparations will change for Tuesday night's EFL Cup tie, the Head Coach replied: "Every game is different – of course we wish it'll be the same game but probably also they try to get revenge, and beat us.
"We have to prepare as normal, like every time, and to play with passion, courage and get a good result.
"If you have a good performance probably you have a good result.
"It's another game, another chapter, another story. We want to have a nice evening – this is our focus."
Zenga believes consistency in performances is an important factor in achieving consistent results.
"Of course the best idea is to have continuity in the result, because this is what all the teams are looking for, continuity in results and performances," he explained.
"From now until the end of the season my point is I wish I have continuity in this way.
"This league is a 46-game league and now 38 (to go) starts from now...it looks like the start of the season.
"We have to believe in our job, have confidence in our job and try every day to improve ourselves and arrive at the level that we desire to be."
Looking at the statistics from Saturday's win, Wolves' numbers were very high in relation to their opponents.
"We have had the numbers of the game," said the Head Coach before adding: "We run 119 kilometres. It was a very huge number.
"The most important thing is to recover well and prepare well. This is the job of our staff.
"After the game we started to work for the Tuesday game. I'm confident in my players, I trust in them.
"I know they're going to play with heart and passion and I hope they're going to make a good game.
"The only thing you can be sure is that Stearman cannot play in the cup...this is the only proof I can give you!"
