Vote | Wolves dominate November awards

After going the whole of November unbeaten, Wolves have been nominated for an unprecedented four Premier League awards, with Nuno Espirito Santo, Raul Jimenez, Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho all in with a chance of prizes.

In the three league fixtures Wolves played in November, Nuno’s side – who are now unbeaten in ten Premier League games – claimed a draw away at Arsenal before 2-1 victories over Aston Villa and AFC Bournemouth.

Nuno himself has been nominated for Barclays Manager of the Month following Wolves’ November form, the fourth time Wolves’ Portuguese boss has been up for the award since the club’s promotion into the Premier League.

The head coach faces competition from Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool), Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City) and Chris Wilder (Sheffield United).

Due to his goalscoring antics throughout November, Jimenez has been nominated for the EA Sports Player of the Month award.

The Mexican striker scored in all three of Wolves’ matches in the month, getting the equaliser at the Emirates before scoring the winning goals in his team’s other two games.

Jimenez is up against Sadio Mane (Liverpool), Lys Mousset (Sheffield United), Dele Alli and Son Heung-Min (Tottenham Hotspur), and Caglar Soyuncu and Jamie Vardy (Leicester City).

Wolves have two players up for the Budweiser Goal of the Month contest, with Neves nominated for his stunning strike against Villa at Molineux, while Moutinho’s superb free-kick at Bournemouth is also in contention for the award.

Neves was teed up from outside the Villa box by Moutinho’s free-kick before powering the ball inside the right post and beyond the reach of Orjan Nyland.

For Moutinho’s goal, the midfielder curled the ball into the top-right corner with a direct free-kick from an acute angle, with Bournemouth keeper Aaron Ramsdale unable to keep the unstoppable effort out.

Also nominated for the award is Tammy Abraham (Chelsea), Harry Wilson (AFC Bournemouth), Fabinho (Liverpool), Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) and Jonjo Shelvey (Newcastle United).
