Wolves are encouraging disabled supporters to share their experiences by taking part in the latest annual fan survey from Level Playing Field, the leading charity dedicated to improving accessibility and inclusion for disabled sports fans.
Now in its sixth year, the survey aims to gather feedback from disabled supporters across domestic sport, helping to build a clearer picture of the barriers fans may face when attending live events and identifying areas where clubs, venues and governing bodies can improve accessibility.
The survey is independently run by Level Playing Field and is open to disabled supporters of all ages and backgrounds. The findings will help inform future campaigns, support services and accessibility improvements across the sports industry.
This year's survey places particular focus on accessible seating and Personal Assistant/Companion ticket provision, while also exploring wider topics such as:
- Physical access at stadiums
- Travel and parking arrangements
- Ticket purchasing processes
- Digital ticketing and stadium technology
- Support from club staff
- Information and communications
- Attitudes and behaviour of others
- The overall matchday experience for disabled fans [surveymonkey.com]
