Wolves supporters are being given an exclusive look at what goes on during a deadline day at Compton Park in the latest behind the scenes video on Wolves TV.
The Wolves TV cameras were given an all-access pass on deadline day to follow technical director Matt Jackson as he put together last-minute deals to complete the Old Gold squad for 2026/27.
The 20-minute video gives insight into the busiest day of the season – which has rarely been shown before – as Jackson is followed around to complete media interviews as well as several contract negotiations to get players out and bring others in while ensuring the squad fits under the EFL quotas.
The exclusive footage highlights how some of the main moves come about over the day, including the outgoing loans of David Moller Wolfe and Hee Chan Hwang to Germany, with the pair joining Hamburg and Schalke respectively for the season.
Supporters can also see how Jackson got the incoming loan signing of Sean Neave over the line, with Cesar Peixoto taking time out of his pre-match preparations ahead of the West Ham United game – which took place that evening – to outline what he expects from the young striker.
Go behind the scenes of Neave’s medical as Jackson, Matt Wild (director of football operations and administration) and Phil Hayward (director of performance) juggled completing the 19-year-old’s move ahead of the 11pm transfer deadline, with keeping an eye on how the first-team were getting on at the London Stadium.
