Supporters are being invited to play a key role in shaping the future of fan engagement at Wolves, with applications now open to join the club’s new community & social responsibility fan focus group.
As part of the club’s ongoing commitment to listening to supporters and embedding fan voices across the organisation, the Fan Focus Groups provide a dedicated forum where fans can share their experiences, ideas and feedback on some of the most important aspects of club life. Working alongside the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), the groups help ensure supporter insight directly informs decision-making, service delivery and future planning.
Fans interested in becoming a member can apply through the online application form by clicking here.
The application window will remain open until Sunday 6th September.
Membership is open to all supporters through a transparent application process. Successful applicants will form part of the group which will be made up of up to 20 supporters, selected by a club panel to ensure a diverse and representative cross-section of the Wolves fanbase.
Community & Social Responsibility
The Community & Social Responsibility Focus Group offers supporters a valuable opportunity to help shape the positive impact Wolves makes both within the local community and across the wider football landscape. Working closely with the club and the Wolves Foundation, members will provide insight, feedback and practical support to help ensure initiatives reflect the club’s values, meet the needs of supporters and communities, and drive meaningful change.
The group will explore a range of important topics, including equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), environmental sustainability, safeguarding, community engagement and broader social responsibility programmes. Through open discussion and collaboration, participants will gain a deeper understanding of these areas while having the opportunity to share perspectives, offer advice and influence the direction of future initiatives.
As a member of the group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects and campaigns, including:
-
Providing feedback and support for supporter activations and engagement initiatives linked to key awareness and celebration fixtures.
-
Helping shape activities, messaging and fan engagement surrounding campaigns such as One Pack Week and the One Pack, One Planet fixture.
-
Advising on the club’s approach to equality, inclusion and accessibility across the supporter experience.
-
Sharing ideas to support the club’s environmental sustainability ambitions and community outreach programmes.
-
Contributing to discussions that strengthen the relationship between Wolves, the Wolves Foundation and the communities they serve.
This focus group provides a unique platform for supporters to make a tangible difference, ensuring that Wolves continues to be a club that champions inclusion, supports its communities and creates a lasting positive impact both on and off the pitch.
