Wolves have announced an exciting opportunity for supporters to play a direct role in shaping the future of the club through the Fan Advisory Board (FAB).
The FAB plays a vital role in ensuring that supporter voices are heard at the highest level, contributing to open and constructive dialogue on key topics such as matchday experience, ticketing, club strategy, stadium development, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
As outlined in the role description, available to view here, members are expected to represent the wider fanbase, bring forward supporter feedback, and engage in meaningful discussions that help strengthen the relationship between the club and its supporters.
A full term of reference for the FAB can also be found here.
The club are currently seeking to appoint two new supporter representatives to the Fan Advisory Board:
- One male supporter representative
- One female supporter representative
These roles are an opportunity for passionate, committed supporters to ensure their perspective, and those of fellow fans, are actively considered in club decision-making.
Supporters wishing to apply must complete an online application form, which can be found here.
Once applications have closed:
- A shortlist of candidates will be created in collaboration with the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA)
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an online interview with representatives from the club and the FSA
- Interviews are expected to take place the 6th, 7th and 8th August
We are keen to hear from supporters who:
- Have a strong understanding of fan views and experiences
- Are able to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Take a collaborative, open-minded approach
- Are committed to representing the wider fanbase, not just personal opinions
- Value equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the game
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the club you support and help shape the supporter experience for seasons to come.
We encourage applications from all backgrounds and look forward to welcoming new voices onto the Fan Advisory Board. The application form will close on Sunday 26th July.
The club will also be refreshing their fan focus group structure, which has been established over several seasons. The refresh will see the launch of a series of new groups with an application process set to open for all supporters in the coming weeks.
