Powerful midfielder Prince Oniangue joined Wolves in August, 2016, from Stade de Reims in France.

Oniangue made the move for an undisclosed fee, putting pen to paper on a four year contract.

The midfielder had played for Reims  in the French top division for the last three seasons, scoring 13 goals in 82 appearances.

Prior to that he was with Tours for three years where he boasted similar figures, notching 14 goals in 84 games.

He had started his career with Rennes but only made a handful of appearances for the first team there, playing most of his football in their reserves.

A loan spell with Angers in the 2009/10 season gave him his first sustained spell of senior football.

Oniangue has won 30 international caps for Congo, and has regularly captained his international team.
