Wolves Express | Pereira picks up top manager award

Vitor Pereira being voted the Premier League's Manager of the Month for April is the focus of Friday's Wolves Express episode.

Following Wolves' 100 per cent record last month, which saw the Old Gold pick up victories against West Ham United, Ipswich Town, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Leicester City, the head coach was awarded with the gong at Compton Park this week and he gives his reaction to Wolves Express.

Pereira picks out some of his favourite moments from April, while explaining how he couldn't have won the award alone, paying tribute to not only his players and backroom staff, but also the wider staff across the football club who have contributed throughout his time at Molineux.

The head coach also looks ahead to this weekend's match against Brighton & Hove Albion at Molineux on the latest episode of the club's official quickfire podcast, and insists Wolves should still be proud of their work despite their winning run coming to an end last weekend, while also discussing Hee Chan Hwang's lack of playing time in recent months.

There is also an update on the opening of this season's Supporters' Player of the Season award voting for both the men's first-team and Wolves Women, which can be done now on the Wolves App.

Finally, Destiney Toussaint speaks to the podcast after announcing her retirement, with the women's first-team winger bringing a close to her two-decade career following the conclusion of the 2024/25 season.

Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the Official Wolves Podcast and Matchday Live Extra.
