Wolves Women travel to the Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion in the first Black Country derby of the season on Sunday afternoon.
The Old Gold come into the derby on the back of a six-game unbeaten run in all competitions, which was extended by last Sunday’s 2-0 victory over Rugby Borough.
A Charlotte Greengrass brace at the SEAH Stadium ensured all three points for Dan McNamara’s side, who moved up to third in the table in the process.
Meanwhile, West Brom are placed in seventh having accumulated 10 points from their opening eight games.
Last time out, the Baggies were beaten 2-1 at Hull City, but did put five past Stourbridge in their previous home league game.
Wolves are on a staggering run of 10 victories in a row against their local rivals, who they dispatched of at Molineux when the two sides last met in March.
That 2-0 win completed a league double for Wolves in 2023/24, while McNamara’s side also progressed in the Challenge Cup at the expense of West Brom.
On their last visit to the Hawthorns in March 2023, Wolves collected all three points in a 3-1 victory thanks to goals from Beth Roberts and Destiney Toussaint (2) on a night where Anna Price became the all-time record appearance holder for Wolves Women.

WHAT THE GAFFER SAID
“We always talk about one fixture that doesn't need any bigging up by me, and that's obviously the Black Country derby.
“The fact it's going to be at the Hawthorns is incredible in itself. I know there's been plenty mentioned about it from West Brom, but I said it when we beat Burnley 1-0 away, last Sunday’s result means nothing unless we go and do the job at West Brom - we have to go there and perform.
“They're a good side and they've got some great individuals themselves. We're going to have to win those battles again before we get the respect to play.
“The girls are in a really good place. We had a tough summer, but now you look at where they're (the players) at and what they're producing off the pitch, on the pitch is remarkable.”
