Derby County are the hosts in the FA Women’s National League, as the Old Gold face the Ewes first for the second season running away from home.
Last time out, it was the opening day of the season and Wolves were victorious 2-1, taking all three points thanks to goals from Ellie Wilson and Amber Hughes.
Dan McNamara’s side also tasted success on the opening day of this season, putting four past Stourbridge at the SEAH Stadium last weekend.
Hughes and debutant Charlotte Greengrass put Wolves into a comfortable lead at the break, before Tammi George and Ania Denham added a third and fourth in the second 45.
Hosts Derby also scored four last Sunday, as they began their campaign with a 4-1 success at newly-promoted Sporting Khalsa.
Kira Rai, Chene, Muir, Becky May and Millie Jenkins were on the scoresheet for Samantha Griffiths’ side, who finished seventh last season.
