Having already dispatched of the Glassgirls by three goals to nil in the league earlier in the season, Dan McNamara’s side once again face their local rivals.

Wolves reached the fourth round of the competition last time out before WSL outfit West Ham United progressed following a 2-0 victory at the New Bucks Head.

1,692 were in attendance that day as the tie doubled the previous attendance record for a Wolves Women fixture at Telford.

Stourbridge were beaten 5-0 at Newcastle United last weekend but enjoyed a three-game unbeaten run in all competitions prior to that which included a 7-2 demolition of West Brom and progression in the Challenge Cup.

Meanwhile, the Old Gold saw their own three-game unbeaten run ended by Nottingham Forest last weekend in a game which saw Wolves play the majority of the 90 minutes with 10 players following Tammi George’s dubious sending off.

Five places and seven points separate the two sides in the league, but all eyes switch to the FA Cup on Sunday as a place in round two awaits the winners.
