Hugo Bueno says Liverpool showed their level at Molineux on Friday evening but Wolves should have done more to show what they’re about.
After the highs of beating the Reds in the Premier League on Tuesday, the Old Gold fell short three days later and were knocked out of the Emirates FA Cup.
Attention now turns to finishing the league campaign strongly, and Bueno says Wolves’ task is clear – aim to win all eight remining fixtures and see where it leaves them.
On dropping out of the cup
“They were two very different games [against Liverpool]. Today they really showed their level, they were on it and we couldn’t deal with it I don’t think. We carried on going but had to do more to beat a team like Liverpool.
“I always try to do my best. Sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn’t go as well as you’d want. We just have to keep going, that’s it.”

On turning attention to the Premier League
“We just have to win every game, we know that and it’s clear. We have eight finals left and we’re going to give 100 per cent in every single game. We don’t have any other option; we have to go and win.
“It doesn’t matter who, the situation, nothing matters, we just have to go and win it. We know that and we’re going to work for it.”

On Edwards’ words
“He just tries to motivate us the maximum he can. He tries to give us the game plan really easy, so we can follow it and stick to it 100 per cent. He tries to bring everyone together and have us fighting for the same objective.”
