Pabo Sarabia’s stunning free-kick at Manchester United has earned a nomination for the Guinness Goal of Month award for April.
The Spaniard follows Rayan Ait-Nouri, Jorgen Strand Larsen and Vitor Pereira in being nominated for divisional awards today, with Sarabia’s goal one of eight up for the latest gong.
With the Easter Sunday clash goalless with 77 minutes gone, Sarabia whipped an inch-perfect free-kick over the wall and into the top corner, beyond the dive of Andre Onana.
The strike turned out to be a winner for Wolves, who confirmed their Premier League status that afternoon, while competing the league double over United for the first time since 1980.
