Watch Marbella training matches for free

Wolves’ behind closed doors training matches against Cadiz FC and Empoli will be streamed free of charge on Wolves TV, thanks to the support of Royal Caribbean.

The global cruise company and Wolves' official training wear partner, who boast a global fleet of 64 ships traveling to approximately 1,000 destinations around the world, will be the headline sponsors of the coverage, which will be available on Wolves TV on Friday and Wednesday.

Julen Lopetegui’s side are currently in Marbella preparing for the return of competitive football later this month and will step up their preparations against European opposition.

Wolves face Empoli, who sit in 13th in the Serie A table, at midday (UK time) on Friday 9th December, before taking on Spanish side Cadiz at 11am (UK time) on Wednesday 14th December.

Access to both streams will be available via Wolves TV. Supporters will be required to log in or create an account to enjoy the coverage, which will begin 15 minutes before kick-off with commentary from Mikey Burrows and Lee Naylor.

The steams will only be available to supporters in the UK and Ireland due to rights restrictions, however some global sports channels will also provide coverage, so overseas supporters are advised to check their local listings.

Russell Jones, general manager for marketing and commercial growth, said: “This is a very exciting period for the football club, as our new management team take charge of the squad for the first time, in preparation for the return of competitive football against Gillingham and Everton later this month.

“Whilst the two training matches are taking place behind closed doors, we know there will be an appetite for supporters to watch Julen’s first games in charge, so we’re delighted to bring these matches to fans free of charge thanks to the support of our partners Royal Caribbean who will be sponsoring the coverage.”
